Walking Tacos are a graduation party favorite.

To make 100 walking tacos using 1.75 oz Dorito Nacho bags ($.55 each)

You will need:  10 – 13 lbs of Taco Meat

                                3 – 2 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

                               5 lb Sour Cream

                               3 quarts Salsa

                              5 heads of Lettuce; shredded

Using the smaller 1 oz Nacho Doritos ($.30 each)

You will need: 7 – 10 lb of Taco Meat

                              4 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

                              3 lb Sour Cream

                              2 quarts Salsa

                              3 heads of Lettuce; shredded

(Tomatoes, Onions & Ripe Olives Optional)
