McElroy's Catering is able to give you many options when it comes to picking food.  We offer beef, pork, chicken, and turkey.  We have many options available for side dishes.  Don't forget to add some of our famous salads to your order.

  • 30 ct. Hamburger Buns - restaurant style hamburger bun 3 1/2 inches
  • Butter and Egg Dinner Rolls - homemade yellow roll
  • Butter and Egg Hamburger Slice - homemade smaller style bun
  • Dessert Bars - Half Sheet 36 Bars, Full Sheet 72 Bars
  • Potato Salad - homemade at Strawberry Foods, made fresh for occasion.  Twenty-nine thousand pounds were made last year.
  • Coleslaw - homemade, made fresh for occasion
  • Macaroni Salad - homemade, crowd pleaser
  • Ice Cream Cups - need at least 2 weeks notice
  • Ice Cream Machine - only one machine, need 2 weeks notice
  • Party Potatoes - ingredients include hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and onions.  Very rich.
  •  Potatoes and Vegetables - sent hot in catering box or electric roster, foil pan, or cooking bag.
  • Tableware - heavy quality, beige color, and dinner napkin
  • Cooking Bags - neat, handy bags to send products out.  Cook in, easy clean up.
  • Cold Meats - sliced eight to 1 lb.  Sent out in bulk.  When put on trays sliced thicker 7 to 1 lb.
  • Boneless Pork Loin - seasoned night before put fresh in smoke house for 4-6 hours.  Sliced with gravy.  May be sliced in line at event.
  • Barbeque Pork Roast - Boneless, rolled, tied roast.  Can be seasoned or smoked.  Roast very moist, good for sandwiches.  May also be carved in line at event.
  • Roast Beef - Top round or Top Sirloin USDA choice, with seasoning, onions, bay leaves, and mushroom soup.
  • Shredded Barbeque Pork - very popular, seasoned cushion meat, sliced thin, pulled apart, and put in cooking bag to be reheated.
  • Roast Turkey - seasoned roasted whole turkey, deboned.  Broth saved.  Usually used around Thanksgiving or Christmas.
  • Hot Turkey - boneless turkey meat seasoned, chopped, mixed with soup.  Can be sent out in cooking bag.  Excellent for sandwiches.
  • Barbequed Turkey - seasoned with barbeque sauce.
  • Swiss Steak - browned, mixed with tomato soup base, or mushroom soup base.
  • Bacon Wrapped Chicken - boneless chicken breast, wrapped with bacon in a white sauce with dried beef.
  • Honey Glazed Chicken Breast - breaded chicken breast coated with honey glaze, roasted in oven.
  • Prime Rib - 24 hour seasoned, smoked to medium well.
  • Webster City Boneless Ham - carved in line, natural smoked flavor solid muscle.
  • Kegs of Beer - one weeks notice, sent out with barrel, CO2 tapper, refrigerated trailer, hold product 35-38 degrees.
