ServicesWhat You Should Expect From Us You can call us to book your date, we try to avoid booking more then two events per day. You may stop by to go through your menu, please call ahead of time so we can prepare for your visit. At that time you will sit down and talk with either Gary, Carol, Melissa, or Sheryl. A catering sheet will be filled out at this time. When you leave that day we should have your full meal figured out. We will be contacting you the Monday prior to your event to finalize everything. At this point any questions or changes you may have may be addressed. The day of the event you can expect us to arrive an hour and a half ahead of time to set up. (Approximately 4-5 servers for 300 guests) Frozen Punch Rings will be included with the rental of the Punch Fountain. We suggest that the Boneless Pork Loin and Ham be carved in the buffet line. The head bridal table may be served individually, family style, or buffet style. We will clear guest tables and clean kitchen as much as possible. We will check to see if anything else is needed from you before we leave. Leftovers rapped in foil or put in buckets and refrigerated. Left over meat and buns made into sandwiches and put on trays. We will notify the personal attendant or bartenders. We will do this unless notified not to. What We Expect of You The day of the event we expect the buffet table covered, and skirted if possible. If the punch fountain is rented, rinse with warm water and return to McElroy's Food Market the next day. Any items you want left at reception are asked to be returned in a timely fashion. We would like you to have your own cake cutter, we can have one or two at a per hour charge. A deposit of $100.00 plus $7.00 tax totaling an amount of $107.00 is expected at the time of booking. Billing is done the Monday fallowing the event, payment in full must be made within seven days. Gratuity is not included.
